Stamp of fake

A student after completing his 10+2 education chooses computer science branch as his area of intrest. then 4 years he or she live in the dream of getting a great job in IT industry and expecting a great future ahead. after 4 years some of them get jobs through campus placements. people who are from small colleges and even students from university campuses from some regions will not have campus selection so they have to get job through off campus interviews. so these people leave their parents and home and come to city in search of jobs. its very hard time for them. they have to spend their life with in 2 K to 3 K rupees per month which will come from their parents untill they get job. they joins some institute and learns some new technologies and mean while they try to attend all possible interviews. even there they will find lot of competetion. in each interview any particular company will take hardly 30 to 40 people in off campus interview. now what about the remaining people. they will wait and keep searching in hope of getting job. some of them face real problems when their parents dont have enough money to send them. they join some part time jobs to survive. still they dont get jobs in their particular area of intrest. finally their acadamic year completes and hardly some companies will consider these people as frehers. but almost all they lost their chanse as freshers as no more companies will consider them as freshers. any way they still try one more year as fresher. mean while they have learned some good technology. but who will consider that. the companies will not consider them as freshers now. and they dont have experience. now the story begins
one day friend of SOMU called RAMU said
" hey I got job in so and so MNC",
SOMU: "why didnt you told us regarding that interview?"
RAMU: "hey no man, I attended interview by putting up some experience in my CV"
SOMU:"but what if they find the truth?"
RAMU:"well any way no body will consider us as freshers now, so no way, already we are facing lots of problems to pay room rent and for getting food so finally i decided to do this"
SOMU THINKS: " no way I will not do this i will try some more months"

finally he trys some more months as fresher but no calls, even if he get some call they will be from some stupid companies who will ask for 1 Lakhs as deposit"
finally he lost his 2 .5 years and there is no money , no job, very hard to survive. he finally got frustrated, some times he dont even have money for food. finally he decided to put up experience in CV.

SOMU: whats wrong with me, I got talent, I got distinction in my graduation, I have good technical skills. then why the hell I am not getting job. I will put experience now. no other way to survive. already lot of loans are pending to pay. education loans etc.

Finally SOMU decided to put up fake experience, as soon as he put up fake experience in some job poartal, he got call within few hours. that day somu was very happy. he went to room and prepared for interview. next day he went for interview and saw that there are some 500 people. even thought he cleared all the rounds of interview and got job. finally after joining job he performed very well. without any training he is able to work. he is technically good than other genune employees and he is dedicated and hard working as he know what it feels like, when we dont have job.

Three years passed away and SOMU was very happy with his job. he won many awards for his best performence in projects. But one day he got mail from HR.

Dear Somu,
our team scheduled a descussion with you on so and so date at 11 O clock. please attende this on prioraty.

Somu got shoked. he did his best for company. he served them for 3 years. and his rating was out-standing. then whats the reason for this mail. finally he went for meeting. there he found that the HR team is saying that his previous company is fake....,
Somu requested them alot but no use, what ever he did for his company is not of any use now. his awards as best performer his rating as out-standing professional , all are of no use. to be frank he is the best performer and perfectly handling his roles and responsibilaties than any other genune employee in his team. but nothing matters for HR. they gave him the termination letter and collected his ID card. and shown his way out.

Well this is not only the story of SOMU. lakhs of software professionals are facing same problem. once they get caught, they will never get job any where. may be they have to do one more fake. its not that they are not eligible for the job but its the problem in our organizations recruitement procedure. instead of considering the individuals skills they are considering only the documents. there are lots and lots of genune employees who are not good performers and there are lot of people who are fake but still they are technically good.

The eligibility for job should not be considered by few documents. it must be considered by the individuals skills and his ability to do work. today there are almost 25 to 30 % employees in software industry are fake. and industry is using their skills for their benfit. and finally when they dont need them any more, terminating them. these companies dont even give them their experience letters.

Terminating the fake people is not solution for fake. give them chance to work. they are equally eligible for job. give them their right to work. they worked for company. and working for company is not cheating. because company generates enough income thorugh these fake people. any IT firm generates almost all 2.5 lakhs per months from single employee. so if the company is generating income from these employees then these companies should give them their benfits. providing sal is not the benfit for employee. his actual benfit is his right to work. and by terminating him or blacklisting him campanies are taking away these individuals "right to work". it should not happen.
